Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns requested after this time frame.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on worn or used items under any circumstances.
We do not offer cash or card refunds. Approved returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
